Resemblances?

What do these 2 pictures have in common, you think?
We think they both look worried. Love makes them insecure, they do not know if they should really trust their lover. Is it really love? Or is it lust?

Anti-Jewish Legislation

Paula Salomon-Lindberg was one of the first in Charlotte's family to experience the abrupt reality when she was forced to leave the stage. A Nazi in the audience rose and shouted 'Raus' at her, because she was a Jewish singer.

Recalling this degrading experience, Charlotte painted a scene where Paula is attacked on stage, when the audience shrieks 'Raus' at the crescendo of an aria she is singing.

We read about the prohibitive measures that made the daily life of the Jewish considerably more difficult. The impact of the anti-Jewish legislation was huge.
